Watch your inbox: Your mockup arrives by email from customerservice@casualcacti.com, usually within 48 hours. Please check your spam or junk folder too, as our design email sometimes lands there. If we don't hear back within 48 hours of sending your mockup, we'll proceed with your order as placed so your sign isn't delayed.
