Every Flight Plan starts with your ideas, aircraft, callsign, or just a vibe you're going for. Once you order, our designers get to work and email you a custom mockup within 48 hours. Don't love it? We'll revise it with you until it's exactly right, no extra charge, no limit on rounds.

Your mockup arrives by email from customerservice@casualcacti.com, usually within 48 hours. Check your spam or junk folder too, our design emails sometimes land there. If we don't hear back within 48 hours of sending your mockup, we'll assume it's approved and hold your $49.95 credit for whenever you're ready to order your sign.

Since this is a digital design service, all sales are final, no refunds, but we'll revise your mockup with you until you're happy with it.

What if I don't have a photo or logo to upload?

No problem, your written ideas are plenty to get started. The upload is optional.

Do I have to order a sign after I get my mockup?

Not at all. There's no obligation, though if you do order a 30" or 36" hangar sign afterward, your $49.95 comes off as credit.

How many revisions do I get?

As many as it takes. We want you to love it before you commit to anything further.

What if I already know I want a shirt or another product instead of a sign?

Let us know in your notes! We'll design with that in mind, credit currently applies specifically toward 30" or 36" metal signs.
