What's it made of?

Solid metal, laser-cut all the way through, then powder-coated. No ink, no vinyl, no flat panel pretending to be metal.

Will it survive outside?

Yes. It's powder-coated for outdoor use: sun, rain, cold snaps. Hangar door, exterior wall, fence line — all fair game.

How does the free mockup work?

Order with your text. Our design team emails your mockup within 48 hours, from customerservice@casualcacti.com — check spam too, it likes to hide there.

Ask for changes as many times as it takes. Nothing gets cut until you reply and approve.

How long until it ships?

Within 1 week of your approval. Made in the USA, and shipping is free anywhere in the US.

How do I mount it?

Mounting hardware isn't included, on purpose: a hangar door, a cedar fence and drywall all want different screws. Pick whatever suits your wall.

Can I use my own aircraft or tail number?

Tail number: absolutely, that's what line 2 is for. Want your own aircraft type? Tell us in the order notes and we'll show you in the mockup. If you want a complete design, please look at our product Flight Plan - hwere you and us create your perfect sign together.

What if I hate the mockup?

Tell us what's off and we'll fix it. Still hate it? Cancel before we cut and you get a full refund. No hard feelings, no guilt-trip emails.

Can I return it?

Custom work can't be returned — that's what the mockup is for. If it arrives damaged or defective, we make it right. Email customerservice@casualcacti.com.
